Teaching

I  teach a variety of classes, primarily those focused on statistics and research methods in psychology

I frequently teach Psych 100A: Psychological Statistics in Fall Quarter. This is an undergraduate course in introductory statistics for psychological scientists. This course is a prerequisite for applying to any of the psychology majors at UCLA.

I frequently teach Psych 254B: Mediation, Moderation and Conditional Process Analysis, in Winter Quarter. This is a graduate level course. It is expected to fill up quickly, so I highly recommend registering as soon as possible.

In Spring teach Psych 250C: Regression Analysis, MWF 2:00pm - 3:15pm. This is an graduate level course, prerequisite courses include Psych 250A and Psych 250B.

Testimonials

"Amanda was an amazing tutor! She helped make the conceptual material more understandable for me and even gave extra examples to make sure that I understood what was going on. She was very flexible with hours and was even available after our tutoring hour for any extra questions that I had. I definitely recommend her as a tutor!"
